I’ve encountered this before and I can’t remember how to resolve it.

I’m trying to deploy a PLUM site to a staging area on my shared server. I’ve run CF_2cfmodule, FTP’d the site to a sub-directory (“ww”), set up the datasource, modified the Environment.cfm file to reflect the shared environment (in fact, I used a copy of an Environment.cfm file that I have deployed for another PLUM site that is working on the same server (changed all of the paths, logins, application name, etc.).

When I run setup.cfm, I get the following error:

An error occured while attempting to clear out your persistent variables. This may be due to an invalid setting of the ColdFusion Mapping Root value, which is set in the Paths node in the Plum IDE. However, if you have changed this value since the last time you ran Setup.cfm, you will need to restart ColdFusion Server and try again. You may also want to check the settings in the Plum IDE to ensure you have not misspelled anything. Remember that after changing the environment values, you must regenerate your source code. The error information follows below:

Could not find the ColdFusion Component ww.components.Utilities.

Any suggestions? Am I overlooking something obvious?

Thanks,

Dave.
