You gotta love PLUM. I won't reiterate all the problems I had with my application (if you wish you may read about it, the thread was titled "sometimes I feel so dumb"). I'll just tell you what I did to fix it. I made a backup copy of my non-working project, erased all the old paths and mappings, started a new PLUM project, pointing it to my database, picked "deselect all" as to which files the set-up would create and created the new PLUM project.
I then copied all my files from the old, backup copy of my project, modified the security.cfc to set userId as a session variable, re-ran setup.cfm and then, just like that...everything was as it should be. Thanks Adam and David for such a well thought out, well organized piece of software.
