[plum] IDE Doesn't allow port specification in paths

I am playing around with a Plum project and noticed if you use the built 
 in CFMX server on port 8500, Plum will not let you save the url in the 
URL Root, SSL Root or Default Login Destination fields in the Paths areas.

Ex:  http://localhost:8500/
