[plum] Insert Record error

When submitting an insert form that includes a chooser, I am getting an error where it looks like the insert custom tag is formatting the lookup key as a date, which is causing a fail on the lookup. Here is the error message (from CF Admin):   (Database 241) Error Executing Database Query.: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Syntax error converting datetime from character string.
