I should have mentioned that the tag libraries for DW include tag help, just
not the tag editors.

It's work the $99 for HomeSite+ just for the ability to use the custom tag
editors and integrated tag help, I promise.
Some day we'll convert the custom tag editors to Dreamweaver, but that's a
long way away sort of "some day."
Speaking of which, is anyone out there willing to take this task on? It's
probably the lowest possibly thing in a triage queue that's literally
hundreds of request items long, so if anyone out there has a particular
hankering for Dreamweaver custom tag editors and tag help, please let me
know.
Someone once had a VTML converter for this, but I can't find it. If someone
can find this tool it would really speed up the process (it took me a week
to build all those tag editors).

Subject: [plum] Is Dreamweaver or CFEclipse supported yet?
I am just getting started, installed the tutorial, but stopped when I see
that the tag editors are for Studio / Homesite+. What if I don't have
either installed?
