I have a parent (port)->child (terminal)->grandchild (berth) master-detail form set in a module (port). I am working at
the grandchild level, and I notice that if I do a mass delete from the child edit form (PortTerminalEditForm), that it
is looking for the BerthDeleteAction template. I am getting around this by creating/including one, but this is sure to
cause some confusion. Might want to include some notes about it in the documentation.
