Hi Adam,
I took the opportunity to go through the help file this morning before I
received my new license key. Great job on the documentation!. I went
through all of it, although I did not work the tutorials (obviously).
The only place I was confused was in the doc "Setting a synchronized
cookie" under the master level tutorials section. It is not clear when
you refer to adding a cookie, what leftnavbar is, in the first two lines
of the text.. Maybe look at changing those lines to say something like
"In this tutorial, we will set a cookie named email in the
leftnavbar.cfm template to the value of the returned by GetAuthUser(),
and then display it if the value is NEQ zero" or something like that.
I originally thought those were steps you wanted us to take. Maybe just
me and my sequential way of thinking, but I stopped and tried to figure
out what you were referring to before actually reading down further.
I really like 'Plum notation' as described in the methodology section.
That is a different spin on diagramming business processes, and one that
makes a lot of sense to me.
