It is standard, not pro so it does not have the built in Oracle drivers. I have 
used odbc-dsn bridge and added Oracle drivers and class info per some article 
with same results.

I have only seen this when there have been network issues affecting our SQL 
Server box. Not for local (Access) DSNs. 
What's the environment?
