I circled something on the image, but I didn't annotate it. The displayHeadings attribute of the DisplayReportDetail tag can take one of two values:
"firstOnly" displays the column headings at the top of only the first detail section of the first group, or "all" (default) displays the column headings at the top of each detail section.
