Hey there, I'm a real newbie. That said something in your email caught my eye. "sqloledb not registered on the local machine" I am having great difficulty with setting up a data source that plum will recognize. My server is set to "start and run in the follwoing account" "sytem account" the other coice is "this account". That may be the problem.
Also, did you use Microsoft SQL driver or ODBC Socket when you set up your datasource. I think it is possible that it has to be the Microsoft SQL driver to be recognized by plum. Let us know what you figure out. I have cfmx configured at localhost:8500. the wizard doesn't work .... it cannot find the coldfusion mapping ....but it is there! all previous steps where ok.... 2. in wizard I get "sqloledb not registered on the local machine", but sqlserver is running and up, the name of server/database is the right one, etc.... then I used the Access option and it was ok. Is there a workaround? An entry in the help for manual installation? notes: win2k, cfmx6.1 thanks trifide ********************************************************************** You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from lists, and you can change your subscriptions between normal and digest modes here: http://www.productivityenhancement.com/support/DiscussionListsForm.cfm ********************************************************************** ********************************************************************** You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from lists, and you can change your subscriptions between normal and digest modes here: http://www.productivityenhancement.com/support/DiscussionListsForm.cfm **********************************************************************
