Marwan, There has apparently been a big miscommunication about what is required when setting up a Plum application on a new environment, and it's most likely because we're not explaining it sufficiently in the documentation, so perhaps we should talk this out on the phone.
This approach will let us deliver the best possible support to you, and it will help us by letting us know the details of where we went wrong in the documentation.
