Plum has a pretty amazing "Intelligent Style Sheet" system for ensuring that
you can accommodate specific browsers without having to resort to
unsupported hacks that "hide" one browser's fix inside a "one-for-all" style
sheet.

Take a look in the Plum documentation:

and read through the rest of that section regarding how Plum layouts work.

We've used this system to great advantage in solving quirky browsers.
