I just encountered a small problem where Plum reported that a file was in use while trying to generate. Sure enough, I had left a file open in Dreamweaver which I dutifully closed. When I returned to Plum, the details about the error had disappeared and the generating window was up. However, no progress bar and the application inaccessible. Ended up killing with task manager.
