PlumCart is based on existing code we've had around for a while.  We're
swamped for the time being, so either someone's going to need to step up and
let us hand this off to them or it's going to have to wait until we can
tackle it.

We'll see about price, but it certainly wouldn't be very expensive (you know
us).
