I just created a set of master detail forms and after saving the file and then clicking "generate" I get the following error:

System.ArgumentException: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary:

I saw a couple of people in the mail archives who have also encountered the same problem but no solution was ever posted. In which case, any help with this would be hugely appreciated.
