Hey Adam,
As you probably know, my coding skills are not up to par for doing the lead
on this, but I would certainly help if someone else can lead.
Would it make sense to complete PLUM shopping cart first? Then incorporate
PLUM cart into the petmarket application?
While we are on the subject (actually this is completely unrelated but at
least it is for the same list), I would love to see some knowledge base
articles written for the following subjects:
1. Interacting with Database blocks to build custom queries with
cfscript.
2. Using custom queries with displayList and displayEditForm, and
delete
and view forms too.
3. Using conditional logic within a form and/or list. <cfif>, <cfloop>
4. Writing a UDF and then using that UDF within the formatFunction
attribute of a tag.
5. Other functionality of the displayExpressionOnForm/List other than
combining first and last names.
If someone will show me how to do these things, I'll GLADLY write the
articles.
Mark

Subject: [plum] Pet Market application in Plum
Folks,
Simon Horwith is doing an article that compares the Pet Market application
built using the various frameworks available on the market, and he wants to
see Plum in there as well.
David and I are on a real break-neck schedule right now so we don't have
time to accommodate Simon's request, but we would have enough time to guide
and review the work of someone from this list, if any of you are willing.
Any takers?
Respectfully,
Adam Phillip Churvis
