Yes.  And I got a notice stating that there were known issues with 1.1 on
vista and was presented with a patch, which I installed.didn't help.  I
think it is a vista and .net 1.1 more than a Plum issue.

We haven't tried it on Vista.  Have you installed .NET Framework V1.1 on
Vista?

Has anyone gotten PLUM to run on vista?  I'm using vista ultimate and I
think the problem is with .net 1.1

It won't get past the splash screen.  Any ideas?
