What should be in the container lib dist? Is that a distribution containing
only the necessary JAR files of the pluto portlet container?

 * pluto-descriptor-impl.jar
 * pluto-container.jar
 * pluto-taglib.jar
 * (should we add) the dependencies (?)
   * castor
   * xercesImpl + xmlParserAPIs
   * portlet-api
