We have successfully deployed pluto 1.0.1 to WAS CE 1.0.0.1. Pluto is embedded in our product (Infinity). We had several issues which we were able to overcome. The main thing is getting your geronimo-web.xml file setup. You have to set up your dependencies correctly to access all of the appropriate jars. Also, you need to make sure your parentid is setup correctly if you are using any jndi datasources or other items that your "package" depends on.
