I would like to get feedback on adding support for compressed WARs to the
AssemblerConfig and Assembler. This would allow pointing the assembler code to
an existing, compressed WAR and having the code decompress it, modify the
web.xml and re-compress it to a new location. I would be doing the
implementation work for this Assembler.
