What we need is an overview of the distributions. I'll update that in
the next couple of days if no one beats me.

I'd raise the severity a bit because all the docs, both on the website and in
the distros, are wrong. All assume that tomcat is included, as they were in
the beta. The only docset that is right is the bundled distro.

I checked every distro in the binaries/1.1.0 dir and none of them contain a
/bin dir to launch pluto. 1.1.0 beta 2 did contain all the tomcat bits.
