Attachment: taglib-preferences2304.patch
This patch is for solving the preference problem and adds the functionality for
the taglib.
For this, the PortletrequestDispatcher changed, so you can include action
render event and resource jsp sites.
The boolean "include" has moved from RenderRequest/Response Impl to
PortletRequest/Response Impl. The same has done for the interfaces.
