Here one bug patch as well (though I added this already, oh well). Spec rev. 15
states about render parameters as follows in PLT.11.1.1.2 Action, Resource and
Event Request Parameters:
"The set render parameters must be provided to the processEvent and render
calls of at least the current client request. lxxiv"
Since parameter saving is done after processing the events, the render
parameters set in processAction are not provided to the events.
Patch just moves the saving to be done before event processing.
