Maximize Window State formatting problems in Firefox 2.0

There are some formatting problems running the trunk and pluto-1.1.x branch
builds in Firefox 2.0 in the maximize window state. When a portlet is maximized
sometimes, the content dissapears. At other times the portlet window controls
are hidden and only mousing over will display the tooltips. It also appears
that a second collection of page tabs overlays the original tabs. I will attach
screenshots to illustrate this problem.
