The Pluto web site link on the source-repository.html page to the web view of
the Pluto SVN repository points to the tagged 1.1.1 branch. The svn checkout
commands also refer to the 1.1.1 tagged branch (pluto-site module). Both of
those references should be to the SVN trunk. The svn checkout command lines
(both for anonymous and developer access) should also be for checking out the
whole souce code repository, not just the pluto-site module.
