The portlet-skin.jsp file in the pluto-portal is missing the jstl import
<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jstl/core"; prefix="c" %>
Should be added to the top of this file. The c:out tag used is currently not
beeing processed and will show up "as is" in the generated html
