Resolution: Invalid
The currently solution of the ResourceID can Cacheability parameters needs
complete overhaul anyway, just defining a new prefix won't solve that.
Closing this task as invalid therefore.
I will (personally) come back on this "feature" when I'll need to implement
this in Jetspeed-2 as well by implementing a proper default implementation for
Pluto too.
