Currently PortletRequestImpl decides contextPath at construction time.
To retrieve context path is done only in view pages. So, it can be decided on
demand if view page requests.
Also, sometimes its portlet application's contextPath can be changed at
runtime. So it is more flexible if we move it to the getter method.
