Description:
The V3ResourceParametersTests found in
[PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_4.java|https://github.com/apache/portals-pluto/blob/pluto-3.0.0/portlet-tck_3.0/V3PortletParametersTests/src/main/java/javax/portlet/tck/portlets/PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_4.java]
are simply a copy/paste (with some global search & replace) of the
V3ActionParametersTests found in
[PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_3.java|https://github.com/apache/portals-pluto/blob/pluto-3.0.0/portlet-tck_3.0/V3PortletParametersTests/src/main/java/javax/portlet/tck/portlets/PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_3.java].
In addition, the TCK lacks a comprehensive sequence of tests that tests for the
presence of (PRP/Private-RP/action) parameters submitted via ActionURL and
making sure that the PRP/Private-RP ones survive into the HEADER_PHASE,
RENDER_PHASE, ResourceURL, and subsequent RESOURCE_PHASE invoked via the
ResourceURL. This issue with a new PortletParametersTests_SPEC11_4A.java class.
