Note and example: two other tests have been experiencing this issue
intermittently:
V2DispatcherTests2_SPEC2_19_ForwardJSPResource_dispatch2
V2DispatcherTests2_SPEC2_19_IncludeJSPResource_dispatch2
But the fix is working to prevent the stale element reference from causing a
test failure.
