[pm-discuss] Would like to add a c-state "component" to bugzilla's power-mgmt Project

Hi pm-discuss,

I would like to add a c-state component to OpenSolari's bugzilla
power-mgmt project.  Is this the right place to ask for that?

It did not look like bugzilla would let me do this.
Do I need to have another role to do this?
