[pm-discuss] resume debugging

I finally got suspend/resume working under 117.  On release builds, resume 
wakes up the machine, but does not go any further.  With debug build of the 
kernel, I can get suspend/resume working fine!  If I have an Intel e1000g 
installed, resume for e1000g will lock up the machine.
