I don't have any immediate ideas other than to agree with Kerry's speculation - which doesn't appear to be the case.
Of course, it's easy to say "it's ACPI" because ACPI is a very broad area of functionality, but I'd suggest this first ought to be investigated from the PM perspective - resets like this, as I recall, are often the result of a BIOS issue (not ACPI tables, but actual functional BIOS code that's executed in System Management Mode). So - first things first - have you made sure you have the latest BIOS update for this system? Randy - any insight on debugging a resume-reset? Cheers, Dana
