  1. You mentioned `build revision 8127', so you are running bfu'd
binaries, right?

  2. Do you use NWAM to manage your wireless connections or manually
scan/connect through `dladm'?

  3. Can you make sure that is a resume failure but not failed while
suspending?

  You can check the power LED of your machine (somewhere on the front
panel of the machine or other place), it the power LED is blinking, it
means the machine has been successfully suspended. It the power LED is
always on after suspend, this may indicate that suspend failed.

  4. Can you set the following variables in `/etc/system' and send the
dmesg output back to me?
    set net80211:ieee80211_debug = 0x5df80020
    set iwk:iwk_dbg_flags = 0x4539
