* fix, pretag.c: Pre-Tag map infrastructure was going SEGV after having
been instructed to reload through a SIGHUP signal. Patch is courtesy of
Denis Cavrois and the Acipia development team.
* fix, nfacctd.c: multiple NetFlow v9 templates in a single flowset were
not handled properly with the templates coming after the first one being
ignored.
