* bgp_stdcomm_pattern and bgp_stdcomm_pattern_to_asn now support the '.'
symbol as in regular expressions. Hence, for example, expressions like
'12345:64...' or '12345:64.2.' are now valid.
* Updated documentation. EXAMPLES documents how to establish a local BGP
peering between pmacctd and Quagga 0.99.14 for nfprobe (NetFlow probe)
purposes.
* SQL plugins poll() timeout is now calculated adaptively for increased
deadline precision. Expecially useful in lab scenarios.
* Yet more work carried out on the sql_startup_delay directive.
