Log Message:
* Implementation to determine src_net and dst_net from netmask data within
NetFlow and sFlow protocols.
* nf|pm|sf|uacctd_net directive allows explicit selection of source data
for network aggregation. Current valid sources are 'file' (networks_file)
'mask' (networks_mask) and netmask information contained within NetFlow
and sFlow protocolsi ('netflow' or 'sflow').
