* fix, bgp.c: BGP daemon socket opened with SO_REUSEADDR option: daemon can
be restared quicker.
* fix, net_aggr.c: some errors while parsing a networks_file didn't report
line number.
* Implementation of source BGP-related primitives: src_as_path, src_med,
src_local_pref, src_std_comm and src_ext_comm. These come along with some
configuration directives: bgp_src_local_pref_type, bgp_src_std_comm_type,
bgp_src_ext_comm_type, bgp_src_as_path_type and bgp_src_med_type. Each of
these currently defines only trivial BGP lookups ('bgp'). Over the time,
further data lookup methods can be foreseen.
* Refreshed documentation.
