* Pre-Tagging: implemented src_local_pref and src_comms keys. These allow
tagging on source IP prefix local_pref (sourced from either map or BGP,
ie. 'bgp_src_local_pref_type: map', 'bgp_src_local_pref_type: bgp') and
standard BGP communities.
* Pre-Tagging: src_peer_as key has been extended to match on BGP-sourced
data (bgp_peer_src_as_type: bgp).
