* bgp_daemon_md5_file: map made reloadable at runtime. Existing MD5 keys
are removed via setsockopt(), new ones are installed as per the newly
supplied map.
* bgp_daemon_md5_file: added sample map, 'examples/bgp_md5.lst.example'.
