* BGP daemon: introduced support for IPv6 transport of BGP messaging
* bgp_agent_map has been improved to allow mapping of NetFlow/sFlow agents
making use of IPv6 transport to either a) IPv4 transport address of BGP
sessions or b) 32-bit BGP Router IDs
* documentation and examples updated
