* pre_tag_map: introduced 'sample_type' key. In sFlow v2/v4/v5 this is
compared against the sample type field. Expected in <Enterprise>:<Format>
notation.
* fix, pmacct client: 'etype' values via -M and -N switches can now be
conveniently specified in hex value.
