* fix, timestamps_secs: sql_timestamps_secs extended to other plugins, and
hence renamed to timestamps_secs, and to encompass case of timestamps to
msecs resolution to be cut to secs resolution.
* fix, MySQL, SQLite3 plugins: aligned documentation and implementation:
L4 port primitives are spelled in SQL schemas as port_src and port_dst
also if sql_table_type is set to BGP. Thanks to Pierre-Yves Maunier for
his support.
