Log Message:
* pre_tag_map: stack keyword now supports logical or operator (A | B) in
addition to sum (A + B).
* fix, plugin_hooks.c: a simple default value for plugin_pipe_size and
plugin_buffer_size is now picked if none is supplied. This is to get
around tricky estimates.
