Log Message:
* BGP daemon: logging improved for bgp_table_dump_file and brought on par
to plugin writer processes.
* BGP daemon: introduced bgp_peer_info_delete() to delete/free BGP info
after a BGP peer disconnects. Feature currently conservatively tied to
bgp_daemon_msglog_file but should apply to any bgp_peer_close().
* BGP daemon: clean-up, log and dump functions moved to bgp_logdump.[ch]
files.
