Log Message:
* Introducing AMQP support for log streamed logging of BGP messages/events
(bgp_daemon_msglog feature) so that log messages can now be transported
via a RabbitMQ message exchange to (remote) consumers. This feature is in
addition to the existing file method. Configurable AMQP parameters are:
host, username, password, exchange, exchange type, routing key and retry
time (ie. bgp_daemon_msglog_amqp_host, bgp_daemon_msglog_amqp_user, etc.)
