* nfprobe plugin: first and last switched flow timestamps changed from
field types #21 and #22, relative in seconds, to #152 and #153, absolute
in milliseconds for NetFlow v9 (was already the case for IPFIX). The
use of the old field types can be restored by setting timestamps_secs
to true.
