* fix, BGP daemon, BMP daemon: removed default Kafka topic if none is being
configured for logging and/or dumping.
* fix, BGP daemon: wrong event_type was passed onto bgp_peer_log_msg(); now
set to 'log' and log_type introduced to mark update/delete/etc events.
