I solved the problem.

I changed the network-config to X.X.X.X/8 to match any of the IPs in
the Netflow data to see what actually happens. Now I got exactly one
entry for the in.pipe and one for the out.pipe, consisting of the IP
of the Netflow exporting router resp. my pmacct collection box. Then
it dawned on me that something is very wrong... Of course I want to
use nfacctd and not pmacctd.
