The following logs to syslog when stopping or restarting nfacctd: nfacctd[5203]: ERROR: connection lost to 'xxxxx-pgsql'; closing connection. nfacctd[5203]: ERROR: no more plugins active. Shutting down.
If possible "shutdown" conditions should be handled differently and NOT generate an ERROR as this throws logwatch scripts into alarm condition...
